It can grind your favorite spices aromatically with a pleasant clinking sound by shaking the main unit vertically. The internal weight moves and crushes the spices, and it allows to enjoy your meals at home with the spices according to your meals and mood of the day.
The coarseness of the ground spices can be adjustable by the number of times the mill is shaken. It is also possible to grind spices in powder when the weight keeps crashing the spices inside.
It is suitable to grind the small amounts of spices (4-5 grains of black pepper is an appropriate amount) to add "the spice" of your meal with a pleasant sound.
It is a well-known fact that the source of the spice aroma is the "essential oil component" in the cells. By drawing out the essential oil components from the cells, the core aroma of the spice is emitted.
In many countries and regions, a stone mill and pestle are often a common way to grind the spices to release "the core aroma". The SUWADA Shake Mill is designed with the concept of "crushing and grinding" easily at the table.

Kimura Glass Asia delivers the items from Japan and we charge the items purchased and the shipping cost only, which the custom duties or VAT (where applicable) will be invoiced to you directly from the delivering company.
We advise you to contact your local customs authority as the custom rate depends on the nation to be landed if it occurs.
For example, the custom rate would be around 20% of your glassware purchase in United States, EU, Australia, Thailand, China, while no duties in Singapore and Hong Kong.
There is a process on the product, or slight variations in shape, color, dimensions, etc., unavoidably, small bubbles and contamination, no quality problems. Please be forewarned.

About Handling the Kimura glass
Since our glasswares are all hand-made, sizes and finish condition are not always uniform. Please avoid using microwave, electric or gas oven, direct fire, and dishwasher. For cleaning, please use neutral detergent. Sponges with the polishing material, cleanser, hard scourers may cause scratches and damage on the surface of glassware. For storage, please do not pile glasswares. After washing, please wipe glasses immediately. Otherwise, white marks may appear due to the calcium in the water. Please avoid pressuring, sudden heating and cooling, which may cause damages and break the glassware.
Return & Refunds
Requests for exchanges or returns have to be made within seven days after delivery, please contact our office. Our company bear the return fee.
We will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customers’ personal preferences.
Shipping Fee
The shipping via FedEX International Priority or DHL door-to-door service. It takes around 3 to 5 business days from Japan, it’s quite rapid! We propose the best shipping way considering the best price and the secure service depending on the shipping country. Good news, the more items, the shipping fee is more reasonable. Procedure for the Compensation of Damages Items
As our products are made of glass which are easily breakable and fragile, please kindly check the products on the day of arrival. We try our best with the packaging to prevent it from breaking but if you receive any items that is damaged during delivery, please kindly contact us immediataly.
Please refer to the steps below and contact us within 7 days upon arrival. We will not be able accept after 7 days upon arrival. We kindly ask for your understanding.
1. Please take photos of the broken item, the outer and inner boxes of the package. Please also keep all it including the packing materials without discarding them.
2. Please send the pictures stated in no.1 and the name, quantity and product code to Kimura Glass Asia.
3. Please visit the nearest post office directly with the outer box, inner box, damaged goods, packaging materials and invoice (show the EMS receipt if you don’t have invoice)
4. Please ask for a damage report and ” Transfer of right to indemnity for loss and refund of postage ” at the nearest post office. Take a picture of the two documents and save the image.
5. Send the photos stated in no.4 to Kimura Glass Asia. After receiving the photo, we will be able to quickly proceed with the insurance coverage procedure at Japan Post.
6. We will resend the goods as soon as possible if we have stock for the products. If we do not have stock, we will refund you the payment of the product.
Payment method
After order received, we would check the updated inventory for you.
If all the items are currently in stock, we will send a Paypal or Square invoice URL for your payment processing by e-mail. And we will ship the glassware to your address after confirming your payment.
If some items are out of stock, we would inform the production schedule and the next stock detail for your consideration.
